Vice Ganda and Ryan Bang touched hearts on Thursday as they performed an original composition during their turn in the Magpasikat Week of "It's Showtime," which is currently celebrating its fifth anniversary.
Far from what the people expected of them, Vice Ganda said they came up with the song about equality because they wanted their number to be meaningful.
Bringing the audience and their fellow “It’s Showtime” hosts to tears, Vice Ganda said: “Sinulat ko ito hindi para magpaluha. I want us to feel good about ourselves, to feel that we are so blessed.”
Shortly after Vice Ganda and Bang’s performance, the hashtag "#MotherAndSonTandem" ranked among the top trending topics on Twitter locally and worldwide.
